Subject: Request for moving a resolution in the Punjab Assembly to express disaproval and deep concern of the people of Punjab, over Human Right violations of tender aged school going children in France, in view of using of coersion, by imposing 'Scarf Ban Law', to force unreasonable restrictions on their Right of Personal liberty, to abondon signs and dress of their Faiths, to qualify to study in the Public Schools of France.
